Rigby’s Refuge is a non-profit organization specializing in taking care of and re-homing stray cats found throughout Multnomah County, providing vaccinations and spay / neuters while accepting donations to help fund.
This project was based off my own cat, Rigby who I adopted from a shelter. He was a stray off the streets that had even been attacked, and yet he is still the friendliest cat I've ever met.
